We are the appointed South African distributor for Mauviel1830. If you are choosing between two collections, unsure whether a piece will work on your hob, or buying for a professional kitchen, tell us what you cook on and what you cook. We would rather talk you into the right pan than sell you the wrong one.

Weekday enquiries are answered the same day. Anything that arrives over a weekend is answered on Monday morning.

This is a working warehouse rather than a showroom. You are welcome to collect, and welcome to see a piece before you commit — but send the form or telephone first, so we can have it out and unpacked when you arrive.

Two answers you may not need to ask for

Delivery is by insured courier across South Africa, free anywhere in South Africa, on every order. Availability is stated on every product page: pieces held in Lanseria dispatch within two working days, and anything made to order in Normandy shows its lead time before you buy.
