Accessories & Care

The lid that fits, the rack that lifts the roast, and the paste that makes copper a mirror again.

Everything here exists to make the pans you already have work harder.

Mauviel lids are made to the same gauge as the pans, which is why a Mauviel lid sits flat and a generic one rocks. Universal lids fit several diameters within a collection; the copper and stainless lids are matched by handle material so the set still reads as one thing.

The care products are not an upsell. Copperbrill is the paste Mauviel’s own workshop uses — a soft cloth, a smear, warm water, and two centuries of tarnish comes off in under a minute. Inobrill does the same for stainless. A 1 litre tin lasts a household years.

Villedieu-les-Poêles, since 1830

The town has worked copper since the twelfth century. Mauviel opened there in 1830 and has not moved since. Sheet copper arrives flat in four thicknesses and leaves as a pan: rolled, cut, spun over a wooden chuck, planished by hand where the shape asks for it, then tinned or lined with stainless steel.
