Ladles, skimmers and funnels in the same metal as the pans.
For finishing a copper kitchen properly.
A short list, deliberately. Mauviel makes the utensils that belong beside its own pans — a bronze-handled ladle, a skimmer, a jam funnel, a copper rack that hangs six pieces — and does not pretend to make a general kitchen range.

La Manufacture
Villedieu-les-Poêles, since 1830

The town has worked copper since the twelfth century. Mauviel opened there in 1830 and has not moved since. Sheet copper arrives flat in four thicknesses and leaves as a pan: rolled, cut, spun over a wooden chuck, planished by hand where the shape asks for it, then tinned or lined with stainless steel.
